I originally tried the update from both the computer and from the device but I was getting a Network Connection error.
I spoke with tech support and they walked me though the update on the computer. I first needed to "update" the update software. All I had to do was login to my pro.auteltech.com account and download the latest PC Suite Program. I downloaded the Zip file and extracted the Setup file which updated all the DS708 software on my computer that I originally installed from the included CD.
Now I'm able to connect to the server and update the software from the computer.
